As an Italian culinary critic with a deep appreciation for authentic experiences, my recent family vacation at Hotel Isabella in Merano was a delightful blend of comfort and warmth. The well-kept family-run establishment exudes a sense of tradition and care, evident in the excellent service provided by Caroline and Wally. Our family of four was graciously upgraded to a spacious and inviting family apartment, allowing us to stay together comfortably.The hotel's proximity to the Merano Riding Club presented us with a charming opportunity to explore the surrounding area on horseback, an activity that truly captured the essence of the region. The accessibility of the European Long-Distance Hiking Trail from the hotel offered us a chance to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Merano, showcasing the area's diverse landscapes.The delicious and generous breakfast spread fueled our adventures, and the convenient parking made our daily excursions hassle-free. The Isabella's commitment to quality and hospitality shone through in every aspect of our stay, making it a memorable experience for our family. Grazie mille for a wonderful visit.
